Old hotel up for sale...

The owners of the long defunct Beverly Hills Hotel have put it on the real estate market yet again. InRoss Township magazine recently reported on this issue.

The article has not yet been featured on their Web site, so I posted it below in the meantime. Click on the picture to enlarge.

The price tag seems a bit high for a place that has been vacant for years. Hopefully the new owners come to their senses.
Working to keep you posted...

I concur that the price is too high. I read the article, and I thought it was a little funny that the property was compared to the lot that Bravo! sits on....yeah, they're exactly the same...except that Bravo! is on a busy intersection of McKnight Rd whereas the hotel sits on a very awkward section of Evergreen!

I'm not from the area, but live in the North HIlls. Any picture of this place in its prime? Where about on Evergreen is it?

My aunt got married there in the early 1980s. I'll see if I can locate any pictures to post.
